Description
Filippo Romoli designed this ENIT travel poster in 1940 promoting Merano in the South Tyrol, celebrated for its thermal springs and radioactive (radon) water cures, orange groves and Alpine-Mediterranean charm. ENIT was the Italian State Tourist Board, and Romoli was one of its most elegant poster artists, blending Futurist energy with lyrical landscape.
A wonderful collector’s piece for lovers of Italy, Merano, South Tyrol spa culture and the golden age of Italian travel posters — an eye-catching addition to a living room, study, spa, hotel or holiday let.
The poster is carefully digitally restored, retaining the classic character of the original artwork, and printed to order on premium paper with fade-resistant inks. Available on canvas or matte paper in a wide range of sizes. Worldwide delivery.
New reproduction: a modern fine art print, printed to order on premium paper — not an original or antique poster.
